Career Reinvention Strategist for Women Recovering From Job Harm
Psychology-Trained • Vocational Specialist • ICF-Certified
I help women recover from harmful or burnout-inducing workplaces, rebuild confidence, understand their strengths, and choose their next aligned career move, without starting over or doubting their worth.
With 14 years in healthcare and a background in psychology, I’ve seen how deeply harmful work environments affect women:
confidence collapses
clarity disappears
decision-making shuts down
strengths get buried
identity becomes distorted
Most women think they’re “burned out.”
But what they’re actually experiencing is job harm, and recovering from it requires more than rest or motivation.
I created a grounded, psychology-informed approach that blends emotional recovery with practical career reinvention tools so you can move forward with clarity and confidence again.
You’re not behind.
You’re rebuilding, and that deserves real support.

Your time and energy are your real currency. When your work aligns with your values, you don’t just feel fulfilled, you finally feel like yourself again.
My approach is direct, psychology-informed, and grounded in the real experiences women face after harmful or burnout-inducing workplaces.
I don’t do fluff, vague inspiration, or surface-level pep talks.
I do clarity, structure, and strategy, because recovering from job harm requires more than positive thinking.
Here’s what our work focuses on:
Emotional clarity: understanding how job harm affected your confidence
Strengths mapping: revealing the skills burnout buried
Values + needs alignment: reconnecting you to what actually matters
Decision psychology: interrupting fear-based patterns
Career strategy: identifying aligned options you’re already qualified for
Everything we do is designed to rebuild confidence, restore clarity, and support you in making grounded, aligned career decisions, without doubt or pressure.
You’ll get:
supportive, honest guidance
a structured approach that removes confusion
tools that make confidence practical, not theoretical
clarity you can act on, not just think about
accountability that feels steady, not overwhelming
You won’t get:
toxic positivity
pressure
judgment
generic coaching advice
therapy disguised as coaching
My role is to help you rebuild clarity and direction without recreating the pressure or invalidation you experienced at work.
This is a grounded, steady space where your confidence can return, and your career path becomes clear again.
some fun facts
You’ll usually find me with a cup of coffee, reading psychology or fantasy, painting, or indulging in a quiet creative moment. I recharge through self-development, slow mornings, and anything that brings me back to myself after a long day of supporting others.
New experiences, deep conversations, fresh perspectives, and anything that challenges me to think differently. Whether it’s exploring a new place or engaging in a thoughtful debate, I’m energized by learning and expanding how I see the world.
My family, my dogs, crystals, good books, the thrill of negotiating (yes, really), and conversations that go beneath the surface. I’m happiest when I’m learning, imagining, or connecting with something meaningful.
