Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Terms

Imperfectly Empowered, LLC is committed to providing exceptional coaching services designed to help you achieve your goals. By enrolling in a coaching program with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Commitment to the Process: Coaching requires full dedication and effort from both the client and coach. To support your success, we require your 100% commitment to the coaching program, as outlined in this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Binding Contracts: All contracts entered into with Imperfectly Empowered, LLC, whether written or verbal, are binding. Once your application is approved, you are responsible for the full payment of fees for the agreed-upon program.
  • Refund Policy:
    Due to the nature of coaching and the commitment required for transformation, all sales are final. If you have any concerns about your program, please reach out. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
  • Purpose of the Policy: This no-refund policy is intended to encourage full participation and dedication to the coaching process. Refundable services often create room for indecision, which is counterproductive to the transformation coaching aims to achieve.

3. Session Rescheduling and Attendance

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session may not be accommodated. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within one (1) week of the originally scheduled date.
  • Cancellations: Less than 48 hours before your session will not be refunded or credited.
  • No-Shows: If you miss your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • Session Timeliness: If you are late for a session, the remaining time will be used as scheduled. If you do not show up, the session will be forfeited and charged in full. Similarly, we commit to being on time and honoring all scheduled appointments.

4. Payment Policies

  • Rejected Payments or Charge-Backs: Clients are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods are used. If a payment is rejected or a charge-back is initiated, the client will be required to resolve the issue immediately.
  • Late Payment Fees: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be charged as permitted by local laws. Services may also be suspended until payments are current.
  • Collections and Legal Fees: Clients are responsible for any collection costs, including attorney fees, incurred by Imperfectly Empowered, LLC due to non-payment.

5. Program Expiration

  • Lapse in Service: Coaching packages must be used within one (1) year of the initial payment date. After one year, the contract will expire, and a new agreement will be required for additional coaching services.
  • Session Transfers: If a client is unable to complete their coaching commitment, any remaining sessions may be transferred to another individual, provided the original agreement is still within the active contract period.

6. Disclaimer of Results

Imperfectly Empowered, LLC cannot guarantee specific results from coaching sessions. Achieving your goals is contingent on your commitment, openness, and willingness to engage fully in the process.
